Service Duration & Setup Details
Service Length: 3-10+ hours
Set up and breakdown: 2 hours
Before service begins, we arrive early to unload and set up the bar, including assembling our mobile bar structure. We prepare everything on-site: unpacking ice from our supplier, arranging spirits and bottles, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and ready. This includes squeezing fresh juices, preparing our homemade syrups, and carefully prepping garnishes. We also clean, polish, and arrange all glassware so everything looks sharp and is ready for smooth, stylish service from the very first pour.
